Bluewater Lodge is a year-round facility that sleeps 40. You may use the whole building and surrounding lawns for games and activities. A large dining room overlooks the deck and beautiful Bradley Lake. next to it is a big cozy great room with a huge stone fireplace . It also includes a spacious commercial kitchen with all the equipment and utensils you might need, a chest freezer, a large walk -in refrigerator, a dish room with commercial washer,  flatware, dishes, cups, glasses, etc.

Outside there's a spacious deck overlooking the lake and the Mount Kearsarge range beyond, and nearby is the stone fire ring surrounded by benches and four charcoal kettle grills. Down at the waterfront you will find our big dock, canoes, kayaks and rowboats, all for your enjoyment.

The Lodge was the hub of the former camp, where the girls ate their meals, received their mail and spent their rainy days. This building has presence, perched on a rise, surrounded by porches with incredible views of the lake and  mountains. 

The Lodge has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. There are six bunkrooms upstairs, and downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed. There are two double bathrooms, three single bathrooms, with showers, and a half bath, all recently done over.

In 2011 we made the lawn level, creating a great area for games and a perfect site for a party tent with a view of the lake.
